Profile
What we do and what we believe:
- We remain dedicated in our pursuit to improve and grow our nonprofit and focus on educating and engaging our community about art and its importance. Through our public communication, we strive to enlighten the reader that art education in our local schools is a primary focus of our efforts and outreach to the community. In our Facebook and Instagram platforms, we are regularly posting: “Do you know? Art…”. We state the many benefits of art to the child, adult, student, enthusiast and the public in general, from problem solving to a safe place to express oneself. We know art education, in its many forms, is important to you.
- We want the community to understand art is important in our daily lives. We encourage and welcome engagement from all who want to participate and become involved through collaboration. Our success depends upon these relationships we have built and continue to build, such as our relationship with you to make this happen!
- Art education is available through AiM for everyone, regardless of age, ethnicity, and economic/social backgrounds. Our monthly juried exhibits and classes are open to all artists, at all skill levels. We want to encourage, not discourage growth and development. We want to inspire creation and the path of ongoing exploration. We want to be a resource for any and all in our community who reach out to us or those we reach through a variety of means.
