Mission
The Junior Woman's Club of Loudoun (JWCL) is for women age 18 and over, residing in Loudoun County, who have an interest in supporting their community through volunteer service. JWCL supports the community in the following areas: Domestic and Sexual Violence Awareness and Prevention, Advocates for Children, Arts and Culture, Civic Engagement and Outreach, Education and Libraries, Environment and Health & Wellness.

Some of the local organizations that Junior Woman's Club of Loudoun supports includes the following:
- INOVA Loudoun Hospital Pediatric Department - purchased a mobile playroom for patients to use during their hospital stay
- Prom Wishes Event hosted by JWCL in the Spring - teens can select a gently used formal dress, shoes, jewelry and makeup all FREE of charge
- Backpack Buddies
- Support for local schools - treats for teachers, supplies for students, buddy bench
- Donations to Loudoun Abused Women's Shelter, Mobile Hope, Operation Smile
- Loudoun Serenity House - Donated Books and Holiday Gifts
- Adopted families for the holidays and donated gifts
- Food Drive for local food banks
- Veterans Moving Forward
