Mission

Loudoun Free Clinic provides free, high-quality medical care to low-income, uninsured adults. Our mission is to provide healthcare services for Loudoun County residents who, as a result of economic or other barriers, would otherwise go without.

Profile

Loudoun Free Clinic has provided healthcare to low-income, uninsured community members for 25 years. Services include preventative care, sick visits, diagnostic testing, prescription medication, and specialty care to people who would otherwise fall through the cracks of the healthcare system.

We are a member-only clinic, so patients must be financially eligible and pre-register for our services. Patients renew membership yearly if they continue to meet the need-based eligibility criteria.

In 2023, we served 1,190 patients, conducted 4,419 medical visits, and provided over $4 million worth of healthcare to our patients, on a budget of $1 million.

We are located in the Inova Loudoun Hospital - Cornwall Campus in downtown Leesburg. Our work is made possible by staff, partners, volunteers, and donors who support us.
