Specific Need
Hi!! Thank you so much for landing on our page!!
For almost 30 years, The Salvation Army of Loudoun has fought poverty in our community.
“The day I came to The Salvation Army was the first time I’d felt relief in ages. That was the day I knew everything was going to be ok,” said one of our clients.
Did you know?
• 1 in 6 people are living in poverty today, according to the National Alliance to End Homelessness
• 4% of Loudoun residents are living at the poverty level
We are here to support our community with emergency needs. Specifically, utility assistance, rental assistance, emergency food supplies and meals, diapers, clothing and furniture vouchers and case management. Seasonally, we provide Christmas gifts through our Angel Tree and Sheetz for the Kidz programs and Thanksgiving meals.
WE NEED YOU AND YOUR SUPPORT NOW!
On this amazing community day of giving - we hope you can find it in your heart to donate to The Salvation Army of Loudoun County. Join us in "Doing the Most Good."
WHAT DO WE NEED?
Funding to support our rental and utility assistance programs - desperately....
Can you imagine living with no power or water? No power for refrigeration . No power for laundry. No power for your children to do their homework on the computer. The Salvation Army of Loudoun is here for Loudoun residents who are facing power and water disconnections or the disconnection has occured.
Further - can you imagine - facing an eviction. Potentially having no home.
Today is the day for you and The Salvation Army of Loudoun to make that happen!
Each Salvation Army is responsible for raising the funds that are needed to support their mission. We need you to help us. Please give today to help us help those who literally have no place to turn.

From a donor -
"We are fortunate to have the Salvation Army's presence in Loudoun County to lend a hand up and not a hand out. You not only provide relief when needed but also provide the means for people be begin again to self-sustaining. As the nation and Loudoun County are combatting inflation and other obstacles to all peoples' wellbeing, we admire and support your response to the needs of those hardest hit in addition to providing spiritual counsel and comfort."
