Since 1989, Brain Injury Services (BIS) has taken a leadership role in developing community-based services for residents of Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, and the surrounding counties who have experienced a brain injury. BIS takes pride in serving children, adults, veterans, and families living wtih the life-altering effects of a brain injury.
